DELIVERY POLICY

Australian Shipping

 

Bee Prepared uses Australia Post to deliver all orders, excluding Established Bee Logs and Established Bee Boxes, to our customers. Established Bee Logs and Established Bee Hives may be delivered only by a representative of Bee Prepared or Australia Post, depending on the delivery address. Shipping Charges are listed against each product in our Shop.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3PM AEST the following business day. Our business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays (we are based in Bundaberg, QLD). A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our registered address.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • Bundaberg or Fraser Coast delivery: 1 - 7 business days

  • Metro delivery: 2 - 7 business days

  • Regional delivery: 5 - business days

  • Remote Delivery: 7 - 14 business days

 

Our delivery service is Authority to Leave, meaning if it is safe to do so, the courier will leave the package in a safe place at your premises. If you do not feel that your package will be safe if left, please contact us at hello@beeprepared.com.au before placing your order so that we can assist you.

 

If it has been more than a few days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please also contact us at the above email address.

International Shipping

 

Bee Prepared does not deliver outside of mainland Australia and Tasmania.

Delivery

 

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

 

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.


 

Change of Address

 

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

 

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however due to the fast turnaround of our inventory, some orders cannot be adjusted.
